Application:

  • Enhances memory retention

Ingredients:

  • 50 drops Grapefruit essential oil
  • 40 drops Clove essential oil
  • 30 drops Sweet basil essential oil
  • 30 drops Bergamot essential oil

Instructions:

Stress Relief Oil Blend Recipe

 

Application:

  • Lavender is long known to be relaxing, to help with headaches and to be beneficial to the skin. This combination of essential oils helps reduce stress, tension and their associated symptoms.

Ingredients:

  • 5 drops Bergamot essential oil
  • 4 drops Mandarin essential oil
  • 4 drops Lavender essential oil
  • 3 drops Lemongrass essential oil

Instructions:

  • Mix the essential oils and then dilute by adding a carrier oil (vegetable oil) such as Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil or Grape seed Oil (preferable). Percentage should equal about 2 to 3 drops of Essential Oil per teaspoon of vegetable oil. Massage on to chest for comforting and penetrating warmth.

  • For skin types which vary between Normal and oily. This recipe creates a moisturizing balance which is gentle on the skin and easy to use.

Ingredients:

  • 14 ml cypress hydrosol/floral water
  • 4 ml hazel nut oil
  • 4 ml jojoba oil
  • 4 ml grapeseed oil
  • 1 drop sandalwood essential oil
  • 1 drop geranium essential oil
  • 1 drops rose essential oil
  • 1 drop lavender essential oil

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients in a bottle.
  • Cap and shake well to ensure an even mixture.
  • Use a glass dropper or pipette to dispense.
  • Gently massage the mixture over the face and neck, using only a single drop or two.

  • 4 drops Solubiliser

For Dark Hair

  • 3 drops Rosemary essential oil
  • 1 drop Geranium essential oil

For Fair Hair

  • 2 drops Chamomile essential oil
  • 1 drop Lemon essential oil
  • 1 drop Lavender essential oil

Instructions:

  • Mix the Solubiliser with the chosen essential oils.
  • Add this to the floral water and shake well.
  • Pour over clean hair as a final rinse. For short hair, use half the amount.
