Properties/Benefits: Sandalwood Australian essential oil, among its key ingredients, includes Alpha-Santalol, the primary active compound responsible for the oil’s characteristic woody scent. This compound contributes to the oil’s soothing and calming properties for the skin. Additionally, the presence of sesquiterpenes endows the oil with anti-inflammatory virtues, providing relief to the skin and helping to reduce the occurrence of ageing signs such as wrinkles and fine lines, thereby enhancing overall skin health.
