Ingredients: Sclerotium Gum
ActiveGum N is a naturally derived, thickener and multifunctional biopolymer. It is produced through the aerobic fermentation of sugars using non-GMO strains of Sclerotium rolfsii. The fermentation process uses 100% plant-based ingredients, which are wheat and sugar beet, ensuring a sustainable and environmentally responsible origin. In addition to its excellent thickening ability, ActiveGum N delivers a range of additional benefits. These include anti-pollution effects in human testing, as well as smoothing and film-forming properties in laboratory skin models. It also performs effectively as a suspending agent, supports emulsion stability, and enhances the overall sensory experience.
