Use Levels: 0.5-4% as supplied.
Origin: This is derived from Canola oil and Corn and is 100% palm free. The product is of European Origin.
Chemistry: Anionic
Application: This emulsifier is anionic in nature and as such is a useful secondary emulsifier in a cream or lotion. It is not impossible that this could be used as the only emulsifier but in most cases it will need to be paired with a non-ionic emulsifier or gelling agent to allow a more stable emulsion to be formed. This ingredient does meet the requirements of many natural product certification companies.
Use Instructions: Add to the oil phase and heat before combining with your water to form an emulsion.
