Did you know? The Borago officinalis plant is easily identified by its large, rough, thick leaves, which have a cucumber-like scent. These leaves grow up to 30cm long and 20cm wide. The plant reaches a height of 30-80cm, with bristly, hairy stems that may require staking. Thriving in full sun and well-drained soil, borage is an excellent companion plant, attracting bees and other pollinators to gardens.
Suggested Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 30ºC in tightly sealed containers. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. For extended shelf life, refrigeration is recommended after opening.
