Common uses: Fennel has traditionally been used as a stomachic and carminative. In skin care it is recommended for dull and oily skin.

Aromatic scent: While Bitter Fennel does still have a sweet, liquorice-like note at its heart, it is more woody and earthy. Bitter Fennel is a well-rounded, complex oil that brings freshness and depth to a blend without any harsh edges.
Caution: May cause sensitisation in some individuals. Avoid use if suffering from epilepsy. Avoid during pregnancy.
