Solubility: Mixes well with oils, butters and waxes or can be used alone as a balm base.
Benefits: Specially designed to mimic the properties of petroleum jelly but in natural form this occlusive jelly base is great for ultra-dry skin including the lips and sensitive areas. The melting point is between 57-68C and the jelly has a smooth flow and slightly yellow tone. It has a low odour and can be fragranced easily. Combine with active oils such as Rosehip, Carrot seed, Argan, Calendula or Blackcurrant for an antioxidant rich squeezable balm.
