Monoi butter is a traditional butter created by infusing Tahetian Gardenia flowers into high quality Coconut Oil. The oil is infused using the Enfleurage process over 12 weeks after which time the anti-inflammatory and soothing properties of the Gardenia are transferred to the butter.
Use Instructions: This ingredient can be applied directly to the skin or added into the oil phase of a product. It is also possible to add this into a balm for the lips or body.
Note: Do be aware that while this is a floral butter it does not have a strong aroma. The Gardenia is infused for its skin healing properties rather than its smell.
Origin: Vegetable Derived.
