Shea butter melts at between 40-45C whereas the Shea Oil is liquid at room temperature. To achieve this the shea butter is heated to turn it into a liquid and then filtered so that the heavier components are removed. This leaves a lighter, smoother oil component behind that is liquid at room temperature.

* There is no aroma.
* All natural process, no chemicals just heat and pressure.
