Ensuring Unparalleled Quality
At New Directions Australia, our unwavering commitment to quality begins with the meticulous selection of our suppliers. We believe that the foundation of exceptional products lies in partnering with reliable and responsible suppliers.

At New Directions Australia, we take pride in upholding the highest standards of quality and ethical practices. Our commitment to transparency and excellence is reflected in our certifications from leading organisations:
We are proud to be certified under the National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce and the USDA National Organic Program, two internationally recognised organic regulatory frameworks, by ACO Certification. These certifications function as independent third-party verification that our certified products and raw materials comply with strict requirements for organic sourcing, production, processing, labelling, and full traceability throughout the supply chain. Regular audits and documentation controls ensure ongoing compliance and integrity of our operations. For our customers, this means greater transparency, verified organic claims, reduced risk of greenwashing, and confidence that certified products meet trusted Australian and International organic standards.
Certified to COSMOS Standard Version 4 by ACO Certification, this internationally recognised standard for organic and natural cosmetics provides independent third-party verification of ingredient sourcing, formulation, manufacturing processes, and labelling. The certification ensures compliance with strict criteria covering organic content, environmentally responsible processing, sustainable sourcing, and restricted substance use. Through regular audits and full supply chain traceability, ongoing compliance and transparency are maintained. For customers, this offers confidence that certified products meet globally respected benchmarks for organic integrity, safety, and environmental responsibility, while reducing the risk of misleading or unsubstantiated claims.
ACO Certification provides formal verification that specified non-organic ingredients comply with applicable cosmetic regulatory requirements and quality standards and can be used in finished products or base formulas according to COSMOS criteria. This attestation confirms that raw materials meet defined criteria for safety, composition, documentation, and regulatory compliance within the intended market. This offers added assurance that non-organic ingredients used in formulations meet recognised compliance expectations, helping reduce regulatory risk and strengthening confidence in product quality and integrity.
The Organic Food Chain (OFC) is a reputable certification body committed to ensuring the integrity and authenticity of organic products in Australia. Their organic certification program is designed to verify and authenticate food and agricultural products that meet stringent organic standards. By adhering to rigorous criteria and guidelines, the OFC certification offers consumers confidence in the quality and sustainability of organic products. From the cultivation of crops to the processing and packaging of goods, the OFC certification process encompasses every stage of production, fostering transparency and trust within the organic food chain.
