Jogger's Foot Bath Recipe
Application:
- A warm, relaxing soak in a fragrant bath can ease the cares of the day and soothe tense muscles.
Ingredients:
- 7 drops Rosemary essential oil
- 5 drops Peppermint essential oil
- 8 drops Lavender essential oil
- 100ml Turkey Red oil
Instructions:
- Add drops of Essential Oils to the Turkey Red oil
- Pour 20ml of oil into bath whilst filling or 10ml into foot bath
- Make sure oil is evenly mixed
Caution:
- Do not use rosemary essential oil when taking high blood pressure tablets
