Derived from the amino acids naturally present in apple juice, this mild anionic surfactant offers an excellent balance of cleansing performance and skin compatibility. It delivers rich, dense and long-lasting foam while supporting sulphate-free formulation concepts. The gentle cleansing action helps maintain the skin’s natural moisture barrier, reducing the risk of dryness and irritation. Its readily biodegradable profile makes it an attractive choice for environmentally conscious formulations.
Suitable for a wide range of personal care applications, it can be incorporated into facial cleansers, shampoos, body washes and intimate hygiene products. Apple Surfactant also demonstrates excellent compatibility with other surfactants, allowing formulators to optimise foam quality and mildness.
