Product Description
Ingredients: Ganoderma Lucidum Extract, Purified Water [Min. 30% Polysacharides]
Mushrooms are a great source of useful chemistry for the skin. They contain beta glucan, a soluble dietary fibre that when ingested helps with heart health and when used topically reduces inflammation, supports a healthy microbiome and assists in wound healing. They chelate heavy metals making them a useful addition to any anti-pollution/ urban skin care range and for general product protection. Finally they contain a powerful mix of antioxidants, amino acids (especially lysine and leucine) and fatty acids that can help in a general way with barrier functioning and skin health.
Reishi Mushroom is prized in Chinese culture for promoting health and longevity. It is a symbol of success and well-being.

Use instructions:
The powder can be re-constituted to a juice by adding 6.7g of this powder to 93.3g of water and mixing. The juice can then be filtered of any insoluble particulates or can be used as is in your product with appropriate preservation and stability testing.
Typical use level:
Between 0.5-7% by dry weight.
