Natural Wax Jelly vegan friendly has been designed to replace petroleum derived vaseline in your lip balms, body butters and moisturising creams. It is produced by hydrogenating castor oil and carnauba wax to form a rich, balmy texture with excellent skin compatibility and spreadability.
The wax jelly can be used directly on the skin as it is as a simple, natural emollient/ moisturiser or you can combine it into a formula with other oils, butters and waxes or as the oil phase or your emulsion.
In trials this wax was found to increase skin hydration measurably after 5 minutes with effects that last up to 8 hours. This can be combined with a polyglyceryl ester and turned into a balm-type cleanser for make-up removal if desired.
Use Levels: 1-100%
