Glycine is an important amino acid that is particularly essential for the health of the skin as it makes up a large proportion of collagen (about 1/3rd) which is essential for skin firmness and flexibility. This high concentration of Glycine in the skin also aids in keeping the skin in good condition.

Amino Acids are a great addition to any anti-ageing formulation. We recommend adding them at a concentration of between 0.2-1.5% after the batch has cooled. For best results maintain pH at between 4-5.5
