Product Description
Ingredients: Water, Lactobacillus/Coconut Fruit Ferment Filtrate
Origin: Natural. Fermented coconut fruit with lactobacillus.
AMTCide is almost odourless and utilises the antimicrobial properties of medium chain triglycerides (from coconut) which are well known for their antfungal activity, of particular interest is Lauric Acid which is the main fatty acid in coconut triglycerides.
Microbial Action: Predominately anti-fungal so we recommend pairing this with an anti-bacterial active to get wide-range coverage.
Use Levels: 0.25-2%
Solubility: Water Soluble.
Storage Recommendation: Do not freeze. Store at or near room temperature.
NOTE: This product may sediment on standing, this is a normal characteristic of this product and it can be stirred in before use without detriment to the product.
Addition Instructions: Mix well prior to use at 23°C to 25°C. Product may change appearance if exposed to cold temperature during shipment or storage. If this happens, please gently warm to 45°C to 50°C and mix until normal appearance is restored. This has poor heat stability so we recommend adding when the product has cooled to 50°C or less. Effective in a pH range of 3-8.
Please note: This product may come with less than a 9 month shelf life. If used within the specified shelf life, it will not affect the preservative efficacy in a product.
