Did you know? The Kakadu Plum tree is relatively small, growing to about 4 to 10 meters in height. Its elongated, pale green leaves have smooth edges, and the tree often sheds them during the dry season to conserve water. The tree flowers during the late dry season, producing small, creamy-white flowers. This fruit is often referred to as a "superfruit" due to its remarkably high concentration of Vitamin C-up to 100 times more than oranges.
Suggested Storage: Store at temperatures below 30°C in tightly closed containers, away from direct sunlight to maintain its aroma and quality.

Supplier Information: Our supplier has been implementing regenerative practices to restore the health of plantations that were unmanaged for up to 15 years. These efforts include selective harvesting to ensure younger, healthier trees receive adequate space and sunlight to thrive. Significant investments in undergrowth management help control weeds and support the biodiversity necessary for a balanced ecosystem. These regenerative practices not only improve harvest quality and yield but also support conservation and responsible land management.
