Ingredients: Niacinamide
Description: Niacinamide (also known as Nicotinamide) is one of the B group of vitamins that is essential for health cell metabolism. It may be added to skin care products as part of an anti-ageing strategy or positioning. Some studies have shown it to be an effective active for evening out the skin tone as well as being useful in the management of problem skin.
Origin: Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) is synthetic in origin.
Solubility: Readily water soluble making it suitable to include in the water phase.
Stability: This vitamin is relatively stable and is not usually affected by light, moisturer, UV light or acid/ alkali conditions.
Typical Use Levels: 0.2 -5% as supplied.
